Role Description

Working as part of our Customer Service team, you will be involved in processing real-time orders (on-line and over the phone) for delivery to 200+ countries, accepting orders, resolving issues with customers and performing other associated tasks. You will have a chance to speak English up to 90% of your work day. 

Required Skills

  • Fluent in English and Russian
  • College or University degree
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Problem-solving skills & patience
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player attitude
  • Ability to speak one of the following foreign languages (Spanish, French, Portuguese or German) is a strong plus
  • Negotiation skills are also highly appreciated
