Our Customer Service & Support Team (CSS Team) is hiring temporary workforce for a full-time position for taking and processing new orders, responding to customer queries during a busy (but exciting) holiday season 2020-2021.

The contract is meant to start ASAP with 3 weeks of paid training and end in late March 2021.
Best fitted candidates may be offered to join our friendly CSS Team permanently upon completion of our seasonal contract.

Customer Service Representative Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and peers at all times.
  • Responding promptly & professionally to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels: mail, phone, live chat, social media.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our business model, policies and catalog products in order to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Processing standard and custom orders.
  • Completing order processing tasks.
  • Knowing and following internal algorithms.
Customer Service Rep Requirements:
  • Fluent English.
  • A second foreign language is a strong plus. Priorities are given to Russian, German, French, Portuguese, Spanish speakers.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Customer focus and ability to find an approach to multiple personalities.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Schedule flexibility: overtime and weekend shifts take place during the busiest times of the year.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Experience working in customer support or hospitality is preferable (but not required).
