Who we are looking for:

An eager to grow Sales & Business Development Representative SaaS to join our currently developing sales team as we rapidly grow our gifting platform and constantly expand to international markets (The US/Canada, the UK, EU, Australia). The right candidate should have hands-on background in Sales, a "get-things-done" mentality, and be eager to grow into a rapidly developing company.


Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Search and identify potential clients
  • Complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and understand their needs
  • Present our company and services to potential customers
  • Nurture relationships with existing and potential customers for a long-term new sales opportunities
  • Create and send new offers and follow-up with your potential clients
  • Identify and realize up- and cross-selling opportunities among existing clients
  • Discuss new requests from active clients in order to give solutions to them
  • Organize training sessions as part of a customer success
  • Present new functions and releases to active clients
  • Work with targets and KPIs
  • Assist with developing business relationships with channel partners: Marketing Agencies and Integration partners


Essential requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Ability to cover time zones in Europe and half of the USA/Canada 
  • 2+ years of sales working experience (SaaS and /or B2B previous experience is highly desirable)
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business (or similar) is desirable
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable on remote meetings, navigating via telephone, email, social media, and demonstrating our platforms
  • Familiar with spreadsheets & CRM systems
  • Great communication, negotiation skills, hunter mindset, team player
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable features or services
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations to stakeholders - Sales and/or Marketing VPs, Demand Generation professionals, HR executives
  • Experience in the Retail, Gifting and/or E-Commerce sector will be considered a plus
  • Professional knowledge of other languages will be considered as a plus (Spanish, German, French, Russian)
  • Ability to occasionally travel abroad for Client Meetings, Expos, Seminars, Company Corporate events (Post Covid).
